How to Remove Fitbit Device from Account
Go to Account (Users). Tap on the account you’d like to remove a family member from. Tap Family. Remove the user in the upper right-hand corner of the selected person’s tile. Confirm the removal by tapping Remove. When asked, tap OK, I want to remove this person for everyone.
How do I add an additional family member?
Go to Account (Users) and select Who can see my activity? under your profile picture. Select Add people, then follow instructions. From there, select All friends + family or specific friends or family members. If adding family members: Enter their email addresses in the Friends & Family section. Select Add. Once added, these members will have access to the same features and content as you. If adding friends: Select Add friends. From there, create a username and password for them. Once finished, select Next. Enter their email addresses in the Friends & Family section. Tap Continue, then Finish.
How to Delete a Fitbit Account
Go to Account (Users) > Who can see my activity? under your profile picture. Select edit next to the person you’d like to remove from your list of Friends & Family members. Tap Remove from Fitbit. Confirm the removal by tapping Remove. When asked, tap OK, I want to remove this person for everyone.
What happens when I remove a family member from Fitbit?
When a family member is removed, they will no longer be able to see your activity (steps, heart rate, calories burned, etc.), or connect with you on Fitbit. They will still have access to the data they’ve created. You can also delete their account entirely from Account Settings.
To change privacy settings:
Go to Account > Who can see my activity? under your profile picture at the top right corner of the app dashboard. Tap Privacy Settings. Tap Edit next to each option you’d like to change. All Fitbit users who signed up for Fitbit through your invitation will appear under Friends & Family. Only users who are already friends or family members on Facebook can be added to your list of friends and family. Here’s how: Go to Account (Users) > Who can see my activity? under your profile picture at the top right corner of the app dashboard. Click Edit next from the person you’d like to remove from the Your Friends and Family section. Tap Remove. When asked, tap OK, I want to remove this person for everyone. To make sure you’re only removing someone that you’ve invited through the Service, select All friends + family or specific friends or family members.

Fitbit family account is now available on Android 2.72 and iOS 2.51, providing parents with the ability to control who their children connect with and what information they see within the Fitbit app, safeguarding their privacy while staying on top of their activity.
Fitbit devices that come with GPS trackers can provide location history if your Child enables it and syncs the Fitbit device. Live Tracking is not supported on Fitbit devices.
