A photo or video that’s backed up in Google Photos will remain in your trash for 60 days if you erase it. If you delete an item from your Android 11 and up device without it being backed up, it will remain in your trash for 30 days.
If you accidentally deleted your photos on iPhone, do everything possible to recover them from iCloud if you have a backup files. Check the “Recently Deleted” category in “Album” for photos that have been removed and can be restored within 40 days. Alternatively, you may restore them using your web browser to your iCloud account.
