They are a company that makes free parental controls for computers. Norton family will say they make a free service, but once you download it and start to use it, you will find out that its not really free. You have to pay after 30 days if you want to keep using the services they provide. The real reason why they do this is because their software is too much work for them so they don’t want people using it any more than that!
