From the HOME Menu, go to SYSTEM SETTINGS. Select Users from the drop-down menu. To access the Profile Settings for a particular user account, click ManageUserAccounts on the left side of this screen. Scroll down and select Delete User at the bottom of the settings menu. Select Next after checking the Delete box.
A Nintendo Network ID that has been deleted may not be used to establish a new account. That username is no longer accessible once it has been removed. Only remove the Nintendo Network ID if you don’t want to use it or access your purchases (on Wii U or Nintendo 3DS) any more.
