Nixplay is a photo and video sharing app that allows you to store, share and view memories with friends and family. With Nixplay, you can take your favorite moments and share them with loved ones around the world.
Nixplay is available on iOS, Android or online at nixplay.com – it’s easy to use no matter where you are! As an added bonus using the web version of NixPlay means there are no limits on how many photos or videos you can upload or download from your account as long as they do not exceed 2GB in size. Plus there’s no restriction on the number of times those files can be downloaded to other devices either – so if someone shares a memory with you on NixPlay you can download it as many times as you like.
Nixplay’s photo frame (aka “frame”) ranges in size from 8 to 16 inches with varying aspect ratios. We review the 13-inch variant of the Iris model that comes with an HDMI port and Windows/Mac compatibility using a wired connection – this makes it easier to transfer files without needing WiFi or USB cables.
The price for one of these frames is currently $249 plus delivery charges ($20-$30) , which includes the first year of connectivity via WiFi . You don’t even need Internet access at home to manage photos on your remote control, but if you do have broadband then sharing your images with others just got so much easier!
Login to your iOS or Android Nixplay mobile app (please note that the online web application on www.nixplay.com does not support this feature). From the home screen in the Nixplay mobile app, go to ‘Photos’ and select ‘New playlist’.

3. You’ll be directed to a new page that will ask you to enter the same email address you used to create your Nixplay Signage web account. A ‘Reset your password’ email will be sent to your email address.
To manage your users, go to your profile on the top right and select ‘Users.’ Nixplay Signage provides two different kinds of User roles: Owners (Account Owners) and Editors. For a total of 10 Users, you can invite up to 9 users, including the Account Owner.
Go to www.nixplay.com, and select ‘Create an account’ in the top right hand corner of the screen.
On the next screen, enter your first name, surname and email address. Create a unique, strong password and enter it twice for confirmation.
Download the Nixplay mobile app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play. When you first open the app, go to the home screen and select ‘Send Photos.’ Choose whether you’d like to send photos from your phone’s photo library or straight from your camera.
Click on your Username in the navigation header (on the right side) and choose ‘Profile’ from the drop down menu to modify your email. 2. Then replace the old email with a new one in the corresponding space, after which click save to confirm it.
