You cannot give rides if you are logged in with an incompatible browser or using an incompatible operating system. For example, logging into the driver dashboard via Google Chrome on Windows or Windows Phone is not supported. Please use Firefox on Android or Safari on iOS for this feature.
What are Lyft Line rides? How does the split work?
Lyft Line is a ride option where drivers pick up passengers headed in the same direction. A key difference from Lyft’s regular rideshare service is that payments are split with other riders who were picked up along the way, not just your one original passenger. Shifts including Line rides will include both regular Lyft and Lyft Line rides.

If you have a Lyft account on your phone, email support and give them your phone number. If you don’t want it anymore or were accidentally charged for it, delete the app from your phone and move on with life.
