YOUTUBE TERMINATED ACCOUNT: If your account has been terminated for violating the Terms of Service, you will never be able to access it again. However, all videos that you have uploaded can still remain on Youtube’s website. In most cases, deleted videos will eventually be purged from their system after a certain period; but for some reason or another, they opted to keep them. Either way, there is no way of knowing whether or not this is still the case unless we actually see an expired/terminated account featured in somebody else’s channel as a video submitted by said user. Because so many people have violated Youtube’s Terms of Service, we never see these expired/terminated accounts because Youtube is already swamped with videos containing and relating to said content.
If your account does get terminated for violating the TOS and you appeal it successfully after a few days or weeks (depending on how fast your friends/family members can convince Youtube that you are not guilty), then there might be a chance that what you upload in the future could possibly be featured in somebody else’s channel as a video submitted by said user. Of course, this depends on whether the user who uploaded your newly created channel did so after some other individual got his account suspended, deleted, or even terminated. If this happens in time before Youtube finally deletes your old channels permanently from their servers, then there might be a chance that whoever watches the video may recognize who you are and what you have done to get your channel terminated in the first place.
If your account is deleted because of violating Youtube’s Terms Of Service or Copyright Policy, do not make another one as it will most likely get deleted as well. Once your account has been terminated for whatever reason, there will be no way of knowing if or when it will ever come back online again. There are many users on YouTube who violate terms/policies so often that they end up getting multiple accounts suspended (if not even completely deleted) repeatedly. Go to the youtube login, and click “forgot password”. Google then tries to find your account through security questions or by logging in with a different email. Once they verify you are an account owner, you can either change the account email OR just delete it altogether.
