When syncing is complete, it will ask if you want to save your history changes (select Yes). In addition, you can view any historical data by logging out of your <a href=\"how-do-i-start-over-with-my-fitbit\/\">fitbit<\/a> account via the settings icon at the top right of your dashboard screen.<\/p>\n<p>When you sync your device to Garmin Connect it can be downloaded automatically by many third party apps such as Training Peaks and Strava or manually synced via the app if desired to a variety of 3rd party sites such as Training Peaks.<\/p>\n<p>In order to <a href=\"how-do-i-clear-my-search-bar-history\/\">clear your Garmin Connect history<\/a>, you will first need to find the device that you want to erase data from and then navigate to settings&gt;History, which is located in the top right of your Garmin Connect dashboard. Then select the details that you wish to delete just make sure all fields are selected or no data will be deleted! Also, data deleted from the device within Garmin Connect is still removed from their servers (unless a user uses Garmin Express to recapture and download activity data through 3rd party software)<\/p>\n<p>You can erase all your training data by deleting it individually or you can delete all of your training data at once with one button click in Polar Flow web service here. You need to select an option <a href=\"how-do-i-delete-my-lyft-ride-history\/\">\u201cDelete training history\u201d<\/a> on Polar Flow web page home screen, then choose settings and date range to delete or remove from Polar Flow.<\/p>\n<p>Go to Polar Flow web service and sign in with your account credentials. Click on \u201cMy data\u201d, then \u201cTraining\u201d and select history. Then click the \u201c+\u201d button next to each training session that you want to erase, select \u201cDelete\u201d, confirm your decision and click \u201cYes\u201d. This will automatically erase everything (or all of the selected items if more than one is selected) from both your device memory as well as online from the Polar flow service. Note: To be deleted only those activities are removed which have been synced via Polar Flow, while activities not synced cannot be deleted using this method. Then, tap on \u201cManage Data\u201d at the bottom of the Settings tab. Tap on each Activity Type (e.g., Run, Bike) that you would like to delete data from and then hit \u201cDelete All\u201d at the top right corner of your screen. You can confirm your deletion by tapping \u201cYes\u201d at the bottom of your screen.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that deleting all data from an activity type will not delete ALL SUUNTO Spartan workout data, but it will remove the workout data for the activity types selected in the list. For example if you select Run as one of your activity types, only run workouts will be deleted and other exercise or activities (i.e., swim or bike) will remain intact in your account.
