To retrieve your username or password, go to the USAA login page at usaa.com/login-form and input your information. If you have forgotten your username: Provide either your USAA number or Social Security Number and proceed; if you have forgotten both, follow the instructions for recovering a lost account. Otherwise, provide a valid email address to request that an online ID be created on behalf of the user.

Your USAA username is the email address you used when you signed up for online banking. This is not necessarily the same as your member ID (which begins with a U). When signing into the USAA website, click on “Forgot Password?” and then follow the instructions to retrieve your username.
Click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of any page on uaa.com and select Forgot Password? from the drop-down menu. Type in your USAA member number or cell phone number, which appears under Personal Info on most statements, and we’ll send you an email about resetting your password. You’ll need to type in this new password twice after receiving the email.
