You may log into multiple Google Accounts at the same time. You can use this to access different accounts without having to sign out and back in. The settings of your various accounts are independent, however some of them might apply from your primary account.

Google Pay may only be used on a single phone at a time, according to the company’s terms of service. If you try to use the app on another phone using the same login credentials, it will immediately log you out of your first phone. You could for example use two Google Pay applications in one device to make payments from separate bank accounts.
