Deleted photos that have been permanently erased from a Google Account can be found on the servers of Google for a few days (usually no longer than a couple of weeks). It’s possible to recover them by contacting the Google Drive support team and asking if any deleted files might be recovered.

If you’ve enabled Back up and Sync, photos and videos you delete will be kept in your trash for 60 days before being permanently erased. Learn how to enable Back up and Sync. Note: To move all of your photos to a different account, share your photo library with that account.
Instead, the photo is transferred to the Photos app’s Recently Deleted album where it remains for 30 days. You have 30 days in which you may return a photograph from the Recently Deleted album to your phone. You also have the option of permanently deleting it.
