- Select Remove Account.
- On the next screen choose Remove Account again.
- Choose your Gmail account as the person that will be removing Family Link from your child’s device.

I don’t want to use it anymore. I’m trying to stop my mom from using it and deleting her user but she keeps adding me back on the app. Even when I log out of my Google account, or delete it, or restart my phone, she logs me back into it by doing something that makes the system send a text message to her phone saying “Family Link registration complete”. She won’t listen to me even though she says that if I uninstall the family link then all phones linked will be unlinked as well. The only way I can think of is factory resetting my phone and telling her that the Family Link was made so people could view each others’ phones but now I don’t want people to have the ability to browse my phone.
But she will still find out that it was deleted even though I factory reset because then she’ll be asking how did you do this and why did you delete family link, etc. I’ve tried even sending a message that says “i don’t want family link anymore” but for some reason it never sends. If anyone knows anything about this or has any suggestions on how to get rid of the app without her knowing what I’m doing so She can’t get me back into Family Link again, please let me know.
