Set the Linked accounts option to Unlink next to your Microsoft account ID in Account details. Select Unlink next to your Microsoft account ID in the Linked accounts area of the Account settings page. A message instructs you what will happen if you unlink your Skype ID from a Microsoft account. Read it carefully and make your decision.

Sign in to your account. nClick Account Settings in the Account details area. nSign out of your Microsoft account by clicking Unlink next to it in the Linked accounts section.
If you’re using a Microsoft account to sign up for a Skype account, you can remove it without affecting anything else. However, if you created your Microsoft account with your existing email address and password, deleting that account will also delete the Microsoft account.
