- Go to Applications > Email.
- On the Email screen.
- Tap to Accounts.
- Delete until the Menu window opens.
- On the Menu window.
- Click Remove Account.
- On the Remove Account warning window,
- Remove Account to finish.

The Gmail app allows you to access your full Gmail experience directly on your phone. The Gmail app has all of the features available in the web version, plus some exclusive functions that you won’t find anywhere else. For example, search contacts from within your inbox or compose emails even faster with Smart Compose.
Tap on the More option in the Accounts section and choose Remove account, then tap Delete Account when asked to confirm. When removing an account, return to Account Settings before adding it again.
Open an old email in Outlook, click the Message tab and then click Other Actions. You’ll see a menu with Recall This Message listed. Click Delete unread copies and replace with a new message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message

To remove an email account from Gmail, go to the “Settings” tab and click on “Accounts.” In the list of accounts, find the one that you want to delete and click on it. You’ll then be able to delete that account by clicking on “Delete Account.

Go to the Accounts and Import section in the Settings menu.
Click on the Delete your account or services link.
Select Delete Google Account and data from Google products.
Follow the prompts to delete your account.
