On the Today page, tap your profile photo. nTap the image for the device you wish to delete. nTap the garbage can icon. nFollow the on-screen directions to remove the gadget from your account.
Open the Fitbit app and go to the Account menu in the upper right corner. Then choose “Set up a New Device.” Select your tracker and follow the on-screen instructions. When the software asks you to replace your current tracker, please do so and continue with setup.

Remove a Fitbit from your account using the Fitbit app. Go to the Today page in the Fitbit program and select your profile picture. Select the image or name of the device you wish to delete from your list, then press Remove on either Android or iOS.
Open the Fitbit Connect software on your computer. Select Open Main Menu from the drop-down menu. Set Up A New Fitbit Device is the option to choose from. Existing User and log in to your account are the options presented after that. Choose your device and follow the instructions onscreen.
Go to the Settings app. Set a passcode if required. Select About from the drop-down menu. Choose Factory Reset or Clear User Data from the list of options. Select Yes when prompted.
Open the Fitbit app and tap on the “Today” button at the bottom of the screen. Tap on your account symbol in the top left corner (usually your photo). Scroll down until you come across “Manage Data,” then select it. Tap on “Delete Account’” Once again, tap on “Delete Account.’
