You can’t. The only way to get your old Gmail account back is by using the “Forgot password?” button on the login page, which will send an email with a link to change your password.
If you have a Gmail account that you can’t access because of a forgotten password, you can reset your password by going to the forgot my password page. From there, enter your email address and click “Send verification code.” You’ll receive an email from Google with steps on how to reset your password.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover a Gmail account without the phone number and recovery email.
