How to Remove Fitbit Device from Account
You may easily remove your Fitbit account on the Fitbit mobile app or website at any moment. You have one week to reconsider after selecting to delete your account, and then all data is removed during 30 to 90 days. You can erase your Fitbit account using the app or the Fitbit web site.
To restart your tracker, press and hold the button for 4 seconds. The Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrate when your tracker restarts. Charge 3 & 4—press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds.
When you’re notified that your Fitbit has been replaced, you may need to remove the old one from your account. Any data you didn’t previously sync when you got rid of your old Fitbit is erased from your account.
In the Fitbit app, go to the Today screen and select your profile photo. Scroll down and choose Account Settings > Manage Subscriptions from the drop-down menu. Your phone’s app store displays your active subscriptions. Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription, then Cancel Subscription
