How to Permanently Delete Your iCloud Account Apple ID
To delete your iCloud email address, you need to go into the iCloud settings page and sign out of your Apple ID. Once you have signed out, your iCloud email will be deleted from all devices that were using it to send and receive emails.
Steps for Deleting Email Address in iCloud:
1) Go to www.icloud.com. Log in with your Apple ID and password (I use my mobile phone number). Click on “Sign In.” Use a different browser than the one that has logged into iCloud before, if applicable. Delete any previous login cookies from a different web browser by clicking the “Make me forget” link on the bottom right-hand corner of the window. This is important because you want to delete all the cookies from your machine that has accessed iCloud.
2) Click on “Account.” Then click on “Delete your account or turn off Apple ID.” This will take you to a page where you can choose whether you wish to delete or disable your Apple ID and if you wish to remove content from devices, such as an iPad, iPhone, Mac computer, etc. You must be signed in with the Apple ID that is tied to iCloud for this option.
The process of deleting a user account depends upon which operating system the device uses. If it’s using iOS 7 or later at least version 5.0; then it’s erasing data from cloud-only whereas older iDevices use PMAP (Photo Stream, Photo Stream) or iTunes to delete user data.
