- Log in to your “Gmail account”.
- Click the “gear icon” in the top-right corner of the screen and select “Settings”.
- Click “Accounts” and Import in the menu on the left.
- In the Accounts and Import tab, click “Delete a Google Account”.
- Enter your Gmail business account’s email address and password and click “Delete Account”.

How will this impact my domain name?
Deleting both Gmail and Google+ accounts will remove all email addresses using that domain from Gmail and Google+. You will need to update or create new email addresses before you can start using them in Gmail. If you are deactivating only one of these products, then it is not necessary to delete the other product as well.
In fact, if you continue to use Gmail while deleting your Google+ account, you may notice that Gmail contacts no longer show up in the Google+ profile you’re still using.
Your domain will not be deleted by deleting your SSO accounts. However, if you delete both Gmail and Google+, you’ll need to create a new domain or choose one that already exists before signing into G Suite. To learn more about creating a domain please refer to our Help Centre .
How do I access my data from within my business information?
For users who are able to access personal accounts through the same login as their business information, they should follow these steps:
Sign out of any personal accounts (such as Gmail) at the sign-in screen http://gsuite.domain.com/1/signin (where the domain is your Google Apps domain). In the top right-hand corner under the sign-in box, select Sign out.
Click on the gear icon at the bottom of the screen and select Settings from the drop-down menu. Under Personal Info & Privacy, click Go to My Account.

For all users who are not able to do step 1 above, please contact G Suite Support for assistance in removing assets from Gmail, as we will need to put a temporary disable on your account to prevent any data from being deleted.
Please note: After deleting your account, you will retain access to the content within it for a period of time that is set by Google. This allows you time to delete sensitive information before other users can access or see it.

What about my Adsense account?
If you have an Adsense/Adwords account, this will no longer be active. However, G Suite partners do not use this service directly and should contact their administrator for more information on how this impacts their partnership with Google.
Can I delete my personal Gmail and Google+ accounts, but keep using my G Suite business account for work?
No. At this time, deleting your business information (including assets from Gmail and Google+) will also delete all personal data from Google products where you are signed in with the same credentials.
