In order to cancel your Calm subscription, you must open the Calm app. From here you can access the “More” option in the bottom right corner and select “Settings”. In this menu click on “Manage Subscription” and follow all of its instructions.

In the applications screen, hold down your finger on the Calm app icon then tap ‘Remove App’.
Fully close the Calm app – Try closing all other apps on your phone (except for Calm) before restarting it. Uninstall/ Reinstall the Calm app – On select devices, try to uninstall and reinstall the Calm app in order to help alleviate any issues you are experiencing.
