To cancel your subscription, go to the Azure account portal at https://account.windowsazure.com/Home/Index and select “My Account” from the drop-down menu. Then click on your subscription and you will see a button to terminate it. In Azure, there is no delete / close option.

Go to your organization’s Dev portal ( https://dev.azure.com/yourorganization). Organization settings. Select Overview > Delete from the drop-down menu. Enter the name of the organization and then Delete it in the following dialog box.
