Due to Etsy’s policies regarding business listings for selling on other platforms like eBay or Amazon, Etsy restricts users from showing more than one platform per shop homepage (they’re not allowed to show items from multiple platforms). If you are listing on multiple platforms, you can still show your other items by creating a new shelf for each platform under Shelves > Add New. On older style profiles, if listing with the “marketplace” or “storefront” option enabled, then you are restricted from showing any other sites besides where shoppers can purchase items from a different location. This is an old policy that was implemented to help combat fraud. You were able see this limitation on older profiles by looking for a warning icon next to “My Website,” as well as by heading to Account > Settings > Selling Preferences and clicking on an edit link directly under “Marketplaces.” Both these features were removed in July 2014. Note that for the marketplace feature to be enabled on your current profile, you would have had to upload an inventory file before July 2014 (if you did not do this, then your profile is automatically set up as a storefront).
