- To change your HIK Connect account, you will need to delete the existing account and create a new one.

To delete your Hik-Connect account:

Scroll down and click “Delete account”.

To change your username and password for Hik-Connect, you’ll need to log into the app or website and go to the Settings menu. From there, you can edit your username and password under the Account section.
If you’ve forgotten your Hikvision account password, you can reset it by following these steps:
