As a real estate agent, I want to cancel my Zillow Premier Agent account.
STEP 1: Sign into your Zillow Premier Agent account.

STEP 2: Visit the My Account page by clicking “My Profile” in the upper right corner of the home page menu. Once you’re there, click “Cancel Premier Agent Subscription.” Again, if you do not see this button on your screen or cannot find this place on your site, please contact our support team for assistance.

STEP 3: If you have more than one Premier Agent subscription associated with your account, you will need to cancel the oldest one first. You can do this by clicking on the “Cancel” button under the appropriate subscription plan listed on the top left of your screen.
STEP 4: Once you have canceled your Premier Agent agreement(s), please be sure to include any comments or feedback about our cancellation process here in the box provided at step four. If you are not comfortable writing a testimonial, feel free to include your name and email so we can follow up with you if needed. Yes, agents who remain on Zillow Premier Agent can still receive up to $500 in revenue for referring new business. Even if they don’t refer new customers, Zillow will continue paying them $100 a month as long as they “meet the dashboard metrics that we set out.” This is because even though Premier Agents pay a fee to join the program, ARC-member agencies do not qualify for all of the benefits outlined above.
If you cancel Premier Agent, your account will be deactivated. You may still log into your account to access your data until the next billing period of Premier Agent, which is after the end of the month of termination.
If you’re not happy with what you see on display, clearing cookies (i.e., deleting all cookies) may resolve the problem by restoring the previous state on display in certain situations. A new window should refresh content on display so that it aligns with what is inputted on screen or typed in manually without refreshing pages automatically every 5-10 minutes to reprocess content for better ad placements. If this doesn’t work, updating browser settings up to date could mean new features are disabled and need enabling again to bring back the expected functionality.
If you cancel your Zillow Premier Agent account, your data will be removed from the platform. This includes buyer and seller contact information along with all history of communication. Your listings will also be removed if they are for sale through the Zillow Premier Agent program.
