You may log in to Quicken on the Web by using app.quicken.com/login or Quicken.com > Sign In > Quicken on the Web, instead of going to Quicken.com/Login. Remember to login with your Quicken ID.

You can’t access the Quicken Cloud from outside the desktop, web, or mobile Quicken applications, and you won’t be able to restore Quicken data. Furthermore, the Quicken Mobile App and Quicken on the Web are companion apps that work in tandem with the main software to sync data.
If you want to access your Quicken data from another device, you will need a Quicken Cloud account. When you create a Quicken ID, it is created automatically in the Quicken Cloud account (unless you uncheck this option). Simply check the box next to Sync to Quicken Cloud in the One Step Update Settings screen if you wish to disable cloud sync from your One Step Update.
Quicken data files are generally kept in your Document folder, under a Quicken Sub-folder. However, you may store them anywhere you choose. To modify the path to your Quicken file, go to the “File” menu and look through the various options available.
Quicken’s parent company, Intuit Inc., was founded in 1985 and went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2016. Quicken Online is no longer available. Quicken does offer an online experience, which they only just started offering; it isn’t free, though, and it’s behind the curve.
