The recent calls list on FaceTime for Macbook Pro is only visible when you’re actively using the application.
To delete a call from this list, hold and drag that particular call to the Trash icon at the top of your screen or click on it and select “Remove” in order to permanently remove it. If you want to clean up all of your old phone history, then go into Settings > Messages > Show Recents List and toggle off this setting so that it no longer appears as an option in FaceTime app.
