To reactivate a disabled account, you must submit a trouble ticket to IMVU’s customer service staff. On the bottom of the main IMVU web page, click the “Contact Us” link. To select the correct department to reactivate your account, click the “Customer Service” button.
Deactivating or disabling your IMVU account is not possible via Imvu.com. Rather, you must unlink your account, although it may be reactivated by using the provided URL in the email immediately. To reactivate your account, contact support or create a support issue.
