How to Delete an iCloud account
Apple provides iCloud-based solutions to all of your email needs. But if you delete the emails off of your computer or delete them from an old device, there are still copies left on iCloud and it’s not easy to delete those without a little bit more information than what Apple gives us in their knowledge base article about deleting messages.

In the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, go to iCloud and select it. scroll down the list and choose Delete Account from the drop-down menu. click Delete to confirm that your iCloud account has been deleted.
