Starting a new QuickBooks Online company is sometimes necessary. You can simply start over as a new customer. If you’ve never used QuickBooks before, you’ll need to create a new company.
Open the QuickBooks software on your computer and uninstall it. Now go to the “Update now” tab and check the “Reset Update box.” Choose the “update” option here. When you see the Update Complete notification, close the QuickBooks program. If you get a message telling you to install an update in your computer screen, open again your QuickBooks Desktop.
