Unfortunately, it is not presently feasible to fully erase your Call of Duty (Activision) account. You can also delete the personal information from your account and submit a request to Activision, although it’s not entirely possible at this time.
To erase your Activision data, go here. This may take up to 30 days. Blizzard will be unable to recover this information or restore the account to its previous condition under any circumstances once this procedure is completed.
If you linked the wrong Activision account to your Battle.net Account, go to your Account Profile and unlink the account in the Account Linking area. Then you may connect the proper one. Blizzard Customer Service is unable to assist with connecting or disconnecting Activision accounts.
Sign in to your Activision account. Select UNLINK in the ACCOUNT LINKING area for the account you’d like to unlink. Select CONTINUE after checking the confirmation box.
1. Go to the Activision account password recovery page.
2. Fill in your email address that was used to establish your account, and then SUBMIT it.
3. If you have a working account, we’ll email you instructions for resetting it.
