There’s no option to delete an account using the app or website. The only alternatives are to send [email protected] or call 855-865-9553 and have them do it for you. For Drivers: Both drivers and passengers are treated as basic customers of the app. Delete your account in the same manner, and it should be disabled.

The good news is that if your Lyft account has been deactivated, and you think you didn’t do anything wrong, it’s not too late to reactivate it.
There is currently no method to restore a deleted account. You may rejoin the Lyft platform by creating a new account if you want to do so.
Open the Lyft app on your phone. To access the menu, tap the three lines at the top of the screen. “Payment” is among the options. Select your chosen credit card and then hit “Delete card.”
